01. Consultations & Roadmaps

Our Strategic Roadmaps represent immediate intellectual labor and technical generation. To protect this engineering process:

Non-Refundable: Sessions already conducted and Roadmaps generated are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Rule: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 1 hour before the scheduled call.
Once the 1-hour window is passed, the session is considered locked and non-refundable.

For custom AI and Automation projects, we operate on a validation-based system:

Post-Validation: Projects delivered that correspond to the agreed-upon technical requirements and validated by you are non-refundable.
Milestone Clarity: All payment clauses and project stages are clarified and documented by our experts before the project begins.
Execution starts only after mutual validation from both parties.

We ensure your system scales correctly through professional monitoring:

Final Stage Adjustments: Modifications are included during the final implementation stage of long-term projects.
Post-Project Changes: After final validation and project closure, any further modifications or new features will be treated as a new service with a separate budget discussion.
Continuous monitoring is provided according to your specific service tier.
