- Once the 1-hour window is passed, the session is considered locked and non-refundable.

- Post-Validation: Projects delivered that correspond to the agreed-upon technical requirements and validated by you are non-refundable.
- Milestone Clarity: All payment clauses and project stages are clarified and documented by our experts before the project begins.
- Execution starts only after mutual validation from both parties.
03. Modifications & Monitoring

- Final Stage Adjustments: Modifications are included during the final implementation stage of long-term projects.
